Regent's Triple Resource System — The Core Challenge
Regent is the only character with three parallel resource systems:

The key insight: you cannot scale all three simultaneously. Successful Regent runs pick a primary resource based on early card rewards and commit.
3 Best Regent Builds
1. Starfall Combo — S-Tier (Highest Ceiling)
Generate Stars over multiple turns, then unleash devastating Starfall for 100+ damage. Best boss-killing build, but weak early.
Game plan: Act 1: survive with Sly cards. Act 2: begin Star generation. Act 3+: Starfall deletes everything. Aim for 20+ Stars per Starfall by Act 3 boss.
2. Sly Control — A-Tier (Most Consistent)
Generate Sly every turn for card draw, energy manipulation, and enemy debuffs. Wins hallway fights effortlessly, but Star damage against bosses is lower.
Best paired with Silent in co-op for double discard synergy.
3. Royal Guard — B-Tier (Defensive)
Use Forge to upgrade block cards and create a nigh-impenetrable defense. Slowest build but nearly unkillable if set up. Weak to scaling enemies.
